Hey guys.
Wanted your opinion on vials getting contaminated with dust particles.
I went threw my vials thoroughly today, after Friday’s brew. Out of the six compounds I brewed I noticed quiet a few of them had air particles like a dust air. There’s a photo attached, there is also vials in there that attained moisture from my bottle top dispenser that I posted last thread
my vial sterilisation was. 30mins @ 15psi. And then putting the vials on a isopropyl washed plate then put in the microwave along with the stoppers to dry up any moisture.
Pulling them out and putting them the work
Bench waiting to be filled.
this brew session.
The ducted air con was on. I remember.
where lastnight I closed all openings and turning it off.
is that what people are doing once they sanitise there vials ?
Or should I pop the stoppers on after I pull them out of the microwave
Thanks for the feedback guys.
just want to master this practise.
