well hello new brothers ( and sisters ) will finally be making the transition to the dark side , mostly due to the recent ban on PHs here to do more research and learn before I start thanks in advance

well my stats are as follows
5'8
233lbs (today)
BF 14-18 %
Bench 402 lbs
Squat 565 lbs
Deadlift 615 lbs
my goals have always been to just get stronger , was never too worried about physique .
well Im a little older been married over 10 yrs and would like to take the next step in my evolutionary process get stronger and start getting that body fat down a little

I've been power lifting for about 4 yrs have won 1 amateur meet and haven't been competing for a while but still thoroughly enjoy lifting big weight and being big
im natty bulking right now
main diet is
Breakfast 6 packs instant oatmeal ( apple cinnamon )
Lunch 4 chicken tenderloins blended with oranges or bananas
brunch 2 x PBJ with 32 0z milk
Dinner whatever the wife makes

Dayyyyumm son!! Those are some strong lifts!!

That bulk diet seems a little low though... I think I'm eating more on my cut right now!!
