Deadlift 615 lbs
my goals have always been to just get stronger , was never too worried about physique .
well Im a little older been married over 10 yrs and would like to take the next step in my evolutionary process get stronger and start getting that body fat down a little
I've been power lifting for about 4 yrs have won 1 amateur meet and haven't been competing for a while but still thoroughly enjoy lifting big weight and being big
im natty bulking right now
main diet is
Breakfast 6 packs instant oatmeal ( apple cinnamon )
Lunch 4 chicken tenderloins blended with oranges or bananas
brunch 2 x PBJ with 32 0z milk
Dinner whatever the wife makes
