Pretty good improvements. So are you competing in 7 days, or moving to a later competition?
We will be competing in 7 days aswell as the Nov. 19th competition, he'll we started yesterday I will update the log with depleted pictures more the likely after the show I implemented t3 only after increasing cardio output , still maintaining fullness and Metabolism seems to be back to where it was.
I would like to do both competitions because I want the experience and I want to win a national Qualifier.
My coach and I both are extremely confident that I will take the show, as long as I take this last week as serious as I've taken the rest I'm going to do great. There have been no bumps in the road and I've lost little to no strength during the process to note.

First depletion and water load day over coach had me working so hard I projectile vomited. Finished the workout, looking forward to tomorrow
Why would you be working that hard during peak weak...? You should be lowering fatigue right now

Push all of the glycogen out of the muscle so when we carb up post show the body over compensates foe the lack of carbs and becomes fuller and harder
I understand that concept, but that can be accomplished with just regular workouts and not going to failure. During peak week lowering overall fatigue plays a roll in achieving a drier harder look.

Pushing like you're describing days out from a show can have a detrimental effect on the overall look.

Can't that also be accomplished just with LISS ...? Runners often run in to the "wall", meaning, they deplete there glycogen stores.

Yes and no. What we generally do the week of a show is more along the lines of a pump workout. Sort of your standard few sets around 10 reps or so to get those specific muscles to use up their glycogen stores, so then when we go to carb up and dry out they're primed to soak it up. But you just don't want to go in there, go to failure, kill it etc and cause huge amounts of fatigue and inflammation

X2 on avoiding inflammation, the body is delicate at that stage of the process and it can tip either way if you aren’t careful
