Contest prep 4 weeks out

Aound 4ish weeks out show is on October 22nd going to do classic and men's physique feeling full got a dexa scan it said I was 5% bodyfat currently 180lbs I don't know of thats actually my body fat percentage but I'm feeling good I'm confident I'm gonna take the show running test 600 halo pwo 10mg and tren 200mg/wk going to be adding in winstrol. when I feel like I need it to dry up the rest if the way.Snapchat-1463308417.jpgSnapchat-264581508.jpgSnapchat-508686457.jpg

You look good but this isn’t close enough to stage ready for 6 weeks, especially with the filters. Work harder if you want what you’ve said to be a certainty.
 
You should post up your mandatory poses in regular lighting and posing trunks with NO filters for us to take a look at

Or at least front double bi, rear double bi, side chest and ab/thigh
 
Lmao what do you see on my arm? I have practically zero zits or acne on my whole body what your seeing is a filter making my skin look more grainy then it is
It's probably keratosis pilaris which I may have spelled wrong. Do you have very small nearly colorless bumps on your arms?

Oh ok, I guess it’s the filter then, it looks like pimples everyplace on your arm, hahah. Lose the filter, ain’t gonna be a filter on stage come showtime
 
I'm gonna let @Mac11wildcat chime in here but not to be negative, your dexa scan was way off.

I would say at the lowest you're more around 10%, not low single digits. Not trying to be rude, but just realistic that there is a lot of work to do to get stage lean. You've got great size and shape, just gotta peel away the layers

You're going to need to put your head down and really grind out these next 6 weeks to come in shredded.

Whats your current diet and cardio look like? You mentioned test and tren, are you using clen or anything along those lines? What's your arimidex dose right now?

Considering I got multiple scans at different places and a caliper test they range from 5-8 % I've been 10 percent in the past I'm leaner then I was then but I do agree I'm not 5% take I to consideration pictures don't do the physique much justice you would see a drastic difference in person just my two cents. Thank you for your input as I said in the op I was sure the dexa wasn't super accurate which is fine .

Currently letro 1mg a week , cardio 45mins a day diet is 6 whole eggs am with 100g cream of wheat, pwo 11oz chicken 100gram rice with 75 gram protein shake bearly any carbs in the protein 15 grams max, post workout another 11oz chicken 100grams rice and dinner follows suit. Getting clen tonight couldn't find any pharma so I went with ugl peptide from aminoasylum.

Won't hurt because this is the warmup show the real show is Nov 21st so I wanted to push the envelope now and get some stage exposure dial in as well as I can while holding on to as much tissue as possible and then when November comes around I'll be Abel to harden up and look even better
