Question...Oh Meso Gurus
On a controlled delivery. I get a package, don't know who it's from, and I accept it. That's pure human nature to accept a package thats being delivered.
In order to prosecute, or develop Probable Cause, do they have to ask you any specific questions, like...were you expecting this package...etc.?
Just curious, I've been waiting for a package and the source..(not from this board) gave me the tracking #. He uses UPS, had I known this, I wouldn't have ordered from him. He's really taken his time on the order, so I'm just being paranoid.
Should I eat the loss and move on, or take the risk and sign?
