Was wondering what you guys think of my bloodwork. I've been on between 300/480 mg of testosterone and primo since May.

GFR doesn't mean as much because its 100% based off of the creatinine (Atleast this particular one)Just my thoughts. I am no expert by any means. Is this all of your lab results? With your low BUN/Creatine ratio I am curious about your GFR results which could tell you more about your kidney function. Low HDL on Primo is common but you can address high LDL with meds. Your high RBC and borderline high hematocrit are something to keep an eye on. Were you very hydrated before your labs? And lastly, your glucose is high. Did you also get A1C checked?
This is the full panel I ordered. I've been on a statin for my cholesterol for over a year now. I didn't drink any water before I went and got tested a few hours after I woke up. I'm kinda poor about drinking water in general unless I'm working out. Been on retatrutide for a minute, and I forget to eat and drink if I don't pay extra attention to it.Just my thoughts. I’ve had high RBC/hematocrit issues in the past. So now I stay hydrated daily and I focus on getting very hydrated the day before labs and the morning of my labs. I’m also on test/Primo and my last 2 labs looked perfect. I also take Reta and I feel like it helps control my glucose levels. I stay around 80 for glucose. But on Reta I feel like I need more water to stay hydrated than I ever did before Reta. This is the full panel I ordered. I've been on a statin for my cholesterol for over a year now. I'm sorry, I tried to figure out what any of those abbreviations mean and I don't understand.only use Testosterone LCMS. NOT ECLIA
dont bother ordering LH/FSH
Take Vitamin D3
Hydration would appear to be my only real issue in your opinion?I’ve had high RBC/hematocrit issues in the past. the labs your ordered have LH and FSH on there...I'm sorry, I tried to figure out what any of those abbreviations mean and I don't understand.

It may or may not lower your RBC. I’m betting it will. With your HDL low and LDL high you could increase your statin dose and/or add something like ezetimibe. There have been some good discussions on Meso about lipids recently and there are a couple of sharp guys who know their stuff. A few small adjustments are all you need at this time.I'm sorry, I tried to figure out what any of those abbreviations mean and I don't understand.

Drink the same amount of water before each blood test so your always hydrated the same. I drink four liters. You don't need that much but you need something. This is the full panel I ordered.
