For mobile phones we have a government tracker. If you dont have it dont leave your house unless all you are doing is driving the car. Cant enter buildings of business without it or even get gas or kfc or macas. Your work cant terminate you for no vaxination but the do refuse to let you work so stay home. no pay for no vax.
How you ask. My wife works government IT and gave me the dummy version because in not sharp. No new law. But an existing convict law not over written says (in brief they were in old english and very wordy) no convict or free settler of australia (law is so old it used first settler name not australia) can refuse the instructions of the government or its offecials (red coats).
Law was made because sydney had outgrown land not owned by farmers. Government took land back and built schools and such without paying for it. Also they took livestock for themselves.
