I’m putting up a tarp-shed right now and going to put an adjustable rack and bench in there. Drilling it right into the concrete. Going to get an adjustable dumbbell set 5-50lbs then buy the higher weights as pairs. 7ft Olympic bar on the way too. Prices crazy on everything right now but fuck it I need to lift already.

It's pretty funny the prices right now for gym equipment.
Went to my local sports dealer just to see what they had, they were completely cleaned out of everything free weights, even resistance bands.
And shipping for this equipment is all screwed up, it might take six months to restock all this equipment so prices will be jacked for a long time.

Hydroxychloroquine use should be avoided outside of hospitals, FDA warns
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on Friday warned against the use of two antimalarial drugs that have been touted as possible treatments for the novel coronavirus following reports of “serious heart rhythm problems” in COVID-19 patients treated with the medications.

The two primary outcomes analyzed in the study were death and the need for ventilation.
About 28 percent who were given hydroxychloroquine plus usual care died, versus 11 percent of those getting routine care alone. About 22 percent of those getting the drug plus azithromycin died too, but the difference between that group and usual care was not considered large enough to rule out other factors that could have affected survival.
Hydroxychloroquine made no difference in the need for a breathing machine, either.
“In this study, we found no evidence that use of hydroxychloroquine, either with or without azithromycin, reduced the risk of mechanical ventilation in patients hospitalized with Covid-19,” the researchers said. “An association of increased overall mortality was identified in patients treated with hydroxychloroquine alone. These findings highlight the importance of awaiting the results of ongoing prospective, randomized, controlled studies before widespread adoption of these drugs.”

Looks like 70% of the cases in the states is in the northeastern part. We should just quarentine them and slowly open the west.

They used quick tests that have like a 7% FALSE POSITIVE rate so no conclusions can be drawn from that.
Now it all became a race to see who peddles the more false hopes.
The “democratic” states are also much more dense then “republican” states.

Population numbers are the same and same number of states. I’m sure the land area of Texas throws it off but it still has Houston, Dallas, San Antonio. Florida has Miami and all the tourist (ie heavy service) industry. Sure MD has Baltimore but western Maryland looks like West Virginia. And I can tell you, Philadelphia looks nothing like the rest of the state of Pennsyltucky. And I don’t think outside of Chicago Illinois is a “populated” state? Northern Michigan is like the dark side of the moon.

Just needs to “end”, or have more antibody testing and less media coverage of fear mongering. To make it more reasonable to the US and people who want to be safe but also work and care for there family.
