OP, my man, if you're gonna do this - DO NOT FUCKING DO IT AT FEDEX, UPS, OR USPS. That is an easy way how you get your dumb ass arrested for, you guessed it, forging medical documents. That's like going to jail on recruit mode (I.e. speeding while you have a felony worth of PEDs in the car). I may completely disagree with your actions and decision but I don't want to see you in jail for it.

It's unfair for the government. Your employer, however, has every right to. Same as they have every right not to hire people who smoke or use nicotine. You don't like the requirements your employer has find a new one. I don't fake piss tests. You have to prove you don't have STDs to work in porn in Cali. It's nor unreasonable for an employer to have expectations of their staff.

I don’t actually think any employer can discriminate legally because you use nicotine, pretty sure that illegal in Canada at least.
