The question of the muscle-building diet Is it possible to eat more protein and fat while using technology? I can eat up to 300g of protein and 1kg of carbohydrates a day to ask for your thoughts on the muscle-building cramming
 
Are you asking if using gear helps you eat more?

Or if eating more than 300g protein and 1000g carbs daily will help grow more?

I think you are asking how to build muscle quickly.

Do you have a gym near to where you live?

If you go there and explain you want to build muscle, they will be able to guide you.

Yeah, man, I used to believe in cramming bodybuilding, just like Milos
Yeah man, I wouldn't eat that much, lol, but 250 protein, 400 carbs, 150 fat is plenty for solid growth. Hit the gym hard, run a reasonable cycle. You'll do great.

I know the language barrier is tough but we're trying to keep up! Lol
 
1000G Carbs is a f-load. you'll probably just get fat if you do that.

Just find your maintenance calories and eat above that to gain weight. If the scale stops moving, up calories by 400-600 and repeat
