So I was on 500/500 test/mast for 12 weeks. Was only using aromasin as needed based on symptoms which was rarely. My e2 stayed at the top or slightly above the range and I felt fine but it wasn’t ultra sensitive e2 test just regular. I dropped back to a cruise of 200mg test only the first part of February. About 2 weeks ago I started having high estrogen symptoms or so I thought so I was dosing small amounts of aromasin. Got blood work last week and just got the results and I have completely crashed my e2 based on an ultra sensitive e2 test. The weird thing is I don’t really have any symptoms of low e2 except joints are a little stiff which happens anyway depending on the weather and I’ve been dealing with loss of sensitivity in my dick so now I’m wondering if it’s been low all along and the regular e2 tests I was getting before wasn’t even close to accurate. Also crashed my prolactin apparently because I was taking p5p because of the loss of sensitivity thinking my prolactin might be elevated. I’ve never crashed it before so wondering what the best course of action is from here.
1. Do I let it come back up on its own?
2. I have some test prop I could inject to raise it faster? How much should I use if I go this route?
3. Just take my full weekly dose of test c 200mg at once instead of split into 4 shots?
4. Do I need to do anything to raise my prolactin or will it resolve itself?
I also started hcg a couple weeks ago because I thought it would help with the sensitivity issue form research I was doing. Wondering now if I should stop that and see what happens once my estrogen gets back up to higher range.
I’m having some issues with acne at the moment which is part of why I thought my estrogen was high so I don’t want to aggravate that anymore than necessary either. Appreciate y’all’s input.
