Crashed my estrogen unknowingly. Need help

So I was on 500/500 test/mast for 12 weeks. Was only using aromasin as needed based on symptoms which was rarely. My e2 stayed at the top or slightly above the range and I felt fine but it wasn’t ultra sensitive e2 test just regular. I dropped back to a cruise of 200mg test only the first part of February. About 2 weeks ago I started having high estrogen symptoms or so I thought so I was dosing small amounts of aromasin. Got blood work last week and just got the results and I have completely crashed my e2 based on an ultra sensitive e2 test. The weird thing is I don’t really have any symptoms of low e2 except joints are a little stiff which happens anyway depending on the weather and I’ve been dealing with loss of sensitivity in my dick so now I’m wondering if it’s been low all along and the regular e2 tests I was getting before wasn’t even close to accurate. Also crashed my prolactin apparently because I was taking p5p because of the loss of sensitivity thinking my prolactin might be elevated. I’ve never crashed it before so wondering what the best course of action is from here.

1. Do I let it come back up on its own?
2. I have some test prop I could inject to raise it faster? How much should I use if I go this route?
3. Just take my full weekly dose of test c 200mg at once instead of split into 4 shots?
4. Do I need to do anything to raise my prolactin or will it resolve itself?

I also started hcg a couple weeks ago because I thought it would help with the sensitivity issue form research I was doing. Wondering now if I should stop that and see what happens once my estrogen gets back up to higher range.

I’m having some issues with acne at the moment which is part of why I thought my estrogen was high so I don’t want to aggravate that anymore than necessary either. Appreciate y’all’s input.BF41A344-FD2C-4195-A4C9-FAC5DA50C8A4.jpeg

why would you ever use an ai on a cruise? the whole point of a cruise is to stay in normal ranges. if you need an ai on your "cruise" its because your "cruising" dose is too high

Yep, I think it’s time to reassess at this age. Only B&C for 3 years(typically 12 week cruise /14 week blast)but, holding 265 now, apnea kicked in about 10lbs ago, harder to keep the HCT in line, have to do more cardio to mitigate heart risks. Downsizing may be in my near future, tough pill to swallow.

Hi Everyone,

I'm on my first cycle where I've been taking 250mg test E E3.5D and 10mg exemestane EOD. It's week 4. I attached my hormone panel results:

Estradiol: 54
Total Test: 4925
Free Test: 1933

I shared these on another thread and responses were that I had a lot of test for the dose I'm taking. Is this much too high? Should I lower my dose?

I got the labs done 1 day after my last injection. The bottle says 250mg/mL. I pull up to 1 mL mark on the syringe. Test E from Stanford, lab test from Quest. Only thing I can think of that might influence but I'm not knowledgeable enough to know if this even matters, is my injections up until this point lead to swelling. Not sure if maybe they ended up in the fat and this delayed the release? I guess I should get tested again next week or something.

Test e blows. Should have gotten test c

Something doesn't add up because it takes 5 half lives and test e is just a little bit less than c. Steady state depends on who you talk to and even then you can front load.

Reading comprehension not too good huh? You know probably because of the symptoms of high e2 which is why I got bloodwork which turns out it wasn’t high after all which why it’s crashed. But thanks mr obvious.

5p5 is nothing but B6. I have never heard it crashing prolactin. Most people crash their prolactin from donating too much blood due to their Hematicrit being too high.

P5P is a form of b6 that can be used to help control prolactin. I’ve never donated blood I have no need my hematocrit is perfect and always has been.

Ferrous Sulfate 325mg /day with a 250-500mg Vit C will get your ferritin back to normal in 3to4 months. To get your E2 back up stop taking the AI. Only a blood test will tell you where your E2 is. This feeling stuff is in your head. Thats bro-science and does not work. Good luck.

Wtf are you taking about? I didn’t say anything about my ferritin it’s not low. I’ve already stopped the ai and no shit that’s why I got the blood test. Yeah bloating and acne and raise bp all in my head. FFS did I accidentally post this on Reddit?

That sucks. Happened to me as well last year, I think my E was a 9. I just toughed it out, I stayed on a trt dose (test cyp 3 shots a week) and dropped everything else (primo) and I was feeling better after about a month. Re-tested a month later and E was 25. No clue on the prolactin, I've never had that out of range.

Thanks. Yeah I feel fine unlike what most people describe when they crash estrogen so I guess I’m lucky. I’ve already dropped everything but test and I won’t take my hcg anymore either and see where I’m at in a few weeks. From what I can find there really no harm in having low prolactin so not worried about that.

Thought p5p was to help regulate prolactin? Not to crash or suppress it.
I was under the impression that it would regulate it or only lower it slightly but mines at basically zero now lol. I don’t know what it was when I started the p5p tbh as I hadn’t checked it in almost a year was just going off of the symptoms I was having. It was always low end of normal previously anyway so it didn’t lower it all that much to be fair.

Yeah I think at this point since I feel ok I’ll let it ride and fix itself. Appreciate it though
I’ve used it whenever I started feeling low E2 symptoms before being able to dial down how to manage it. If you’re ever in that type of situation again, that’ll help in the short term

Thanks man. That’s the crazy thing. I was having signs of high estrogen sides not low and only knew it was crashed when I got the blood test back. I literally had 7-8 signs of what I commonly see referred to as high estrogen and none of low. Still don’t have any to speak of.

You may have been seesawing your hormones high and low between the hCG and AI which will cause those side effects.
