Crashed Test U

I got 10 vials of Test U, and they all came crashed. I warmed them up and sorted it, but 2 days later, they're crashed again, and I keep them in the same place as the rest of my gear that's perfectly fine.

Is this a common issue with test U?

*I got Test U because I wanted to be able to pin less often so it's more convenient, but so far it's not very convenient.

It is a common issue with gear bought during winter months and gear brewed to high concentration. There is usually a reason why most suppliers brew gear to same concentration. What is the X mg/ml for the gear in question?

It's 300mg/ml.

What carrier oil and what solvents? I know pharma Test U is 250mg/ml with an absurd 50% BB in castor oil

I have some that's brewed at 300 a ml. It was crashed as well. Once I brought it back it has held no problem
