Crashing DHB, increase BB or something else?

Wanted help brewing some DHB.

I made it with .1BA/20%BB/GSO to 250mg/ml and it kind of crashes after a day, requires a bit of heating. No PIP though.

Was curious if I should try 25-30% BB, or if I should be adding something like EO to it.

Thanks

When brewing or reheating? I definitely had to heat it up for a while during brewing.
What temp did you reach when you brewed it? Definitely reach it'd melting point when you re-brewed with the added bb, so many people don't understand it's crucial to the procedure with ANY brew

hm to be honest never checked temp but i use a magnetic stir with a heat pad. DHB required a lot of heat and stirring for a while so I'm sure I hit the melting point with it. I never rebrewed, I made a test batch with 1g of DHB first and have used it up. No PIP, just minor crashing.

If you don't have pip and since summer is on the way make a batch with the same ratios maybe up the bb to 25%

Anecdotal reports say that castor oil is best for pip and not crashing

Castor oil is way too thick to use so went with next thickest, GSO.

How hot am I supposed to brew it? I've never heard this heating to melting point thing before. I've never had a brew crash before either. I've brewed primo, test e, test cyp before, only thing that even required heat was test e and it's never crashed on me.

I see some conflicting info on needing to brew at melting point, but DHB has a melting point of about 200*C which is pretty hot

You never had to brew to mp cause most injectables have sub 100 Celsius mps except test prop and mast prop that are at 120 Celsius or thereabouts.

Anyway if crashing is your only problem and there is no pip, up the bb by a little and if needed reheat before injecting.

Yeah I ran the stir for quite a while and got it to 100*C with 30%bb so we'll see how it holds. But yeah reheating always worked, just wanted to make this batch hold a little better than the test run I did.
