hello meso community. I've been lurking around here for over a year now trying to learn what I can, and decided to go ahead and introduce myself.
I've been training consistently for 2 years now for the first time in my life. I'm 33, 5'5" , and 145 pounds With 13-15%bf. my first cycle was last year and consisted of 500mg test c a week with some dbol and decca at 500mg a week. It was a 12 week cycle that i shouldnt have even run but took bad advice from some friends and needles to say thats what got me here. No pct, lost most of the gains plus some hair. luckily I did not grow tits or at least I don't think I did. I did however cry like a bitch for a couple months afterwards but I'm pretty sure everything is back to normal now a year later. my diet is pretty consistent although I do find it hard to eat every 3 hours due to my work and it is incredibly hard for me to actually gain any weight because of my job as well. i work in very hot extreme environments and I must burn calories like crazy. currently I train 3 to 4 days a week. I was training 5 days a week but I seriously think that was overdoing it as I would lose weight no matter how much I ate.. I just got a new job which should mean less labor and a little bit more money so hopefully things will change in that regard. I guess my overall goal is to put on another 10 to 20 pounds in the next few years and try to stay around 10% body fat. I am consistently making improvements in my lifts, small ones and slowly, so I know my strength is increasing I also definitely have a better appearance in the mirror. but I'll be damned if I can ever get over 150 pounds no matter what I eat. I even went on a dreamer's diet and had nothing but fucking cheeseburgers and soda and while I did get almost to 150 pounds and about 20% body fat, I didn't like my appearance specially around my waist and eventually went back to my stricter diet. hopefully interacting here can give me some good advice as I have no intention of becoming a professional bodybuilder but I do want to maintain a youthful appearance for as long as possible. anyways gentleman that's my introduction I have truly enjoyed all the crazy ass back and forth that I have read over the year and perhaps I'll be a part of it going forward.

welcome to your new home . Thanks for being a well informed "newbie". You're showing your intelligence and willingness to research and educate! Glad you're here.

I think your right but at the time i was eating about 3500 to 4000 caleries a day. I would get headaches and shit 4 times a day. Im curently around 2500 a day with protien around 200g maybe a little more and a high fat low carb diet but this is about to change as my waist line is getting back normal. Im an hvac mechanic in South Florida which means in the summertime I have a real difficulty eating at regular intervals (To damn bussy and stuck on a call), and staying hydrated, but this is about to change as I've recently accepted a management position at a different company. as soon as I get a feel for my new responsibilities and workload I will set up a diet plan going forward probably this weekend or next. believe it or not when I started this journey I was 128 pounds. so I have made progress it just seems in the last half year so I can't get above 150 without looking like a fat ass. I'm a little nervous because I started so late in life and realize that my hormones will be working against me soon if not already.

Thanks, I really have learned a lot just reading the thread here, but I really need to dial in my diet and training before I cycle again so I'm hoping to do so within the next two years my goal is to get over 150 pounds at 12%bf, naturally before I even think of taking anymore gear. I will say this much damn I love the way it made me feel, was like being 20 years old again. and I'm sure my poor wife had no idea what hit her.;)
losing the hair though was a bit of concern to me, so when I do go for it again I think I'm going to try to design a stack that will be as easy on my hair as possible. so far I've got some anavar t-ball and deca to go along with my test of course it's in storage until I'm ready.

Bro, you've done your homework. I think it's best for us to at least be close to our maximum muscular size and strength before cycling. Gear should,IMO, be a plateau breaker, not a shortcut to quick mass!

I have to say I think you're going about this the right way! Keep me posted on your research and / or progress

Don't get fancy and just run Test when you get your eating and lifting up to your maximum. Get a food logging ap. and make sure you are eating what you think you are.

I thought about that. I also really want to know what caused the shedding so i think sticking to test at first would at least show me if it is the culprit. The reason i wanted to add the others, i supose, is because i suspect it is the test and just wanted to maximize my gains while on incase i decide i cant handle balding. Mom's dad was bald, and pop's dad too.....so the odds are not in my favor. if I did do a test only cycle what do you guys think about short esters? so I can bail out real quick if I needed to. not really interested in pinning everyday but if that's the most cautious way about it I'm sure I could get used to it.

I should be able to swing that. The first time i did my self i almost passed out from the anxiety. But later on it got easyer and in a wierd way i began to look forward to it. Like i could almost feel the hormone swings, maybe it was just psychological.

That is pretty intense bro, there are a lot of lurking creeps around here but they mostly have accounts

what's worse is this is the only blog i have ever really participated in. I had maybe two posts on HVAC talk but that was too much like work:rolleyes:

Welcome.I do not know how your training is based but you did say you had no ambition to be a bodybuilder by trade. So that being said if you have not allready, start strictly strength training three times a week.Get really good at the squat, bench and deadlift.I think when you get to a good total your body will have broke past that 150lb wall.
