hes missing your "point" that lacks nuance which he already understands. Winstrol is an insane strong PED for strength, the chances of you getting joint and ligament pain from you drying out when you're 15%+ BF calorie surplus are low.
 
Been almost 3 months since I posted. Happy to say health is good and the experience was fun but I didn’t get any added size or strength compared to running just 1 or 2 orals. Your body can only leverage so many drugs and you can only get so strong or build a certain amount of tissue. More drugs is never the answer to quicker gains but wanted to experiment. Although I'm resilient and fine, this isn’t something anyone should do and I will never do again. The pumps for me only get insane when I combine orals with a lot of carbs. If I’m taking any powerful oral and take in too many carbs the day before and the day of a hip hinge or squat, I’m toast. Electrolyte and taurine intake has never helped with painful lower back pumps, so anyone looking to get rid of lower back pumps, try simply dropping the carbs much lower 24 hours leading into a leg day or a day you know you’ll be utilizing lower back in a given movement. It’s been miraculous for me and allowed me to continue to train heavy even while taking drugs like anadrol, dbol, M1T, Anavar and Superdrol.

I’m doing a bench only meet in February because of some minor injuries, so I will post some training in that on another thread likely. At 515 lbs on the smith now for bench press and will transition back to free weight in January. As far as my physique before and after. I have a trash physique but I do have one before and after. The after pic was right before I started this recomp cycle though. All that changed after this brief blast was more fullness and gained a ton of strength after depleting myself. Genetics and diet are the largest factors for your physique. I chose to be a Powerlifter because I was always naturally strong. My first time ever deadlifting I pulled 330 lbs at 135 body weight at 14 years old. I’ve always been someone who struggled to build tissue but strength always shot up easily even before PEDs. Kinda like Mitch Hooper genetics. Strong but shit physique.
