Crazy how much difference there is between just 100 vs 200 vs 300 test

Whether it’s bulking, cutting, or maingaining. Progress is far faster and more productive at a higher dose. It seems exponential too. That old study demonstrating log-linear gains from test 150 vs 300 vs 500 vs 600 was probably legit at least in that one aspect. 100 really isn’t much better than natty for most people unless you’re older (40+) and hypogonadal because of that.
 
That said, obviously more health risks with a higher dose. Can be mitigated enough by keeping body fat low, blood donations, not letting E2 run high, cardio, etc
 
500mg is the perfect balance imo :p
Honestly if your body fat is actually low (ie 10% ish where you turn relaxed to the side and little fat is seen, in other words maybe 1-3% of guys the gym), you don’t aromatize like crazy, and you have proper impulse control/mental health, it’s really not that high of a dose to blast.

If all of the above aren’t true though, you’re gonna have some issues, but then again, the blast is temporary
