Your creatine stores deplete with sleep deprivation, which causes some mental faculties to decline. I could definitely see how increasing it past what you produce naturally through your methylation cycle might yield additional benefits.

IIRC it has been shown to offset the mental effects of sleep deprivation a little bit.
 
Honestly, creatine’s one of the most effective supplements I’ve ever used in the gym, and I’ve never noticed any bad side effects from it. Just all positives!
 
If I had taken pics you’d see night and day difference. Couldn’t see my scalp before and hair was much thicker. It happenend very quickly too and I have never loaded creatine that much before and was literally the only supplement I was on besides a vitamin. Believe it or not idgaf but it’s coming to light for lots of folks. It’s like anything else in life there’s new evidence all the time. I won’t load it again unless I get on finastriade and I don’t wanna take that so probably never use it again.
I've also noticed some hair thinning on my temples a few years ago reason why I quit it. Nowadays doesn't seem to do much so maybe it was just in my mind or I ended up losing a bit of hair naturally
