Creatine: latest?

Guys, whats the latest thougts on Creatine mono usage? Ive got 500g to use, and want peoples opinions.
Some say loading isnt required, but it just helps get the product into the system quicker - true? For info, I do 5 days at 25g, then 10g per day normally with mono.

What amount of simple carbs would you take with each 5g dose? And I take it carb cycling would be screwed when taking mono with glucose/dextrose..

CEE is supposedly more convinient because of no loading, but it tastes disgusting, and I actually prefer the pump from mono use - thoughts on CEE?
Lastly, another board says Taurine has the same cell volumisation effects - what do you think of this, and would you take this also, or not bother?

as long as you respond well to monohydrate then its fine to use, i've always just gone through the loading phase and then taken it at 10 grams a day, loading at 20 first day and 15 for next five, i always took it with like grape juice... i dunno if thats the best method out there but it worked for me... as far as cee it just makes sese thats its way better than mono, and as far as taste, get capsules... the best priced i've found is CE3 by higher power at bodybuilding.com

as far a taurine goes, im pretty sure the cell volumizing is brought about the same way as arginine, and both are found in many NO products, they increase blood flow giving better pumps and are nothing close to the same as creatine, also the pump ussually dies off soon after lifting... If your a novice then the pump can be cool, but after u get some serious size, i've found that too much pumps makes it hard to complete sets exspecialy on arm workouts. so weather or not u desire the pump is your call, but taurine is no sub for creatine
 
it does take time for creatine to saturate in your body,for me usually anywhere from three to seven days and i start to feel the effects,also i have seen alot of post on creatine and i have bought many differant brands but without giving a brand name because i not sure if i can do that here i will say that the creatine from germany has far better results than any i have ever tried.i have tried others and have had no results at all.the two type's i use are mono and ethyl ester.
