Creatine that doesn't taste like piss

Christ but I hate drinking creatine. This piss tastes worse than American beer. Has anybody had luck in finding a brand that doesn't make you gag? I especially hate the shit that's dosed up to taste like soda pop.

greyowl what you should do is get some creatine in powder form and pour it in an Old Milwaukee Beer, tastes great

Are you looking for a straight creatine-only product or a blended on?

For straight creatine, I really like the stuff that Nitro puts out. Mixes up instantly and has no taste. http://www.jsnitro.com/ProductDetails2.aspx?productID=373

Looks interesting Bob, thanks for the tip, but don;t you need hi-glycemic carbs to drive the creatine into the muscle? If so, would it do the trick if I mixed the notaste creatine in some grape juice or something like that?

LOL, I'll pass on the Old Milkwaukee. Mind you, some of the U.S. brews are tasty, like the Samuel Adams brand.

Thats not even a creatine product.

Ok, I see it now. Its tricreatine malate.

IMO, all these new creatine products are garbage. I highly doubt that any of them have any supporting research behind them showing any efficacy for growth. Id stick with plain old, tried and true monohydrate.

I just took a look at PubMed. There are zero references for tricreatine or dicreatine. There are 6 references for creatine citrate, but all 6 are related to prostate studies.

still looking for it bro when i find it ill post it...oh and by the way it is dicreatine malate nit TRIcreatine...syntrax misnamed the molecule as it only has 2 creatine molecules involved if i remember correctly.Alittle off topic but i may stop taking it after just reading just how poisonous malic acid is.

Whether its di-, tri-, or something else, none of it has any published research. And thats saying a lot, seeing as how creatine is probably the most research sports supplement in history.

AST Micronized Creatine or AST Creatine HSC. That grape HSC tastes great and mizes well with vanilla VP2. You cant go wrong with their products.

Bump what Airborne said, if you go with AST you know you are getting great products. I used their 19 Nor 3 Andro prohormone, and my strength went through the roof, i would take it before i would go lift and I would have better workouts than being on AAS, but i wouldn't gain nearly as much muscle as AAS. Oh yeah there Creatine HSC is great too.

Bob - Your not going to find much relevant information about creatine on PubMed - I did a presentation on creatine (I'm a BioChem grad student) and I couldn't find sh*t on PubMed - There isn't much there about supplementing...I got most of my information from company sites and a lot of searching through random web-pages.... plus some of the companies don't have sound experiments...the way they set up some of them creates an environment where the results are skewed in their favor, to show what they want it to show...a lot of them don't use the correct controls or controls at all...FYI

I was also using the Cell Tech and Muscle Tech products as well - they have sound research backing up their claims and products, but that sh*t is EXPENSIVE...I was going to search around for some new cheaper products...
