Hi im 17 yrs old
i just bought some creatine monohydrate from gnc
i was wondering if i should take creatine before or after workouts?
and secondly should i mix creatine with muscle milk?
oh and also im trying to get my bicep bigger i can hammer curl 50s cheating alil lol but my normal workout is 20lb 30 reps each arm one after another .. i use to do 30lb dumbells standing up but it hurted my back ..what should i do if i want to get more mass ?

oh yea and should i do more weights and like say 5 - 7 reps or should i do less weight and go to 30 -50 reps and how long should i rest betweed each set ?
 
Imo take the creatine before you workout with some juice ,after your workout take it again with your muscle milk. Biceps do bar curls and db curls 6- 12 reps , 3-4 sets a piece should be plenty just starting out . :cool:

thx any ideas on how i can make my pecks do the dance? just bench more people tell me and i cant really use the fancy machines in the gym lol im 17 and have no job .. soo all i got is bench press dumbells 10 - 50 lbs and the dip bars and pull up bars
 
Same rep range with chest also. Do 12-8 reps, every now and then go down to 6. For about 3 or 4 sets. Do, bench press with bar. Dumbell benchpress. same sets and reps. Then maybe a few sets of flies same reps and sets. And if you have any energy left, throw in a set of pushups til failure
