Creatinine eGFR

My creatinine based eGFR is 59 but my cystatin C based eGFR is 110.

The VA doc doesnt understand or knows about cystatin C.
She wants a retest of creatinine.
How do I get my creatinine numbers down within two weeks to get her off my back?

Maybe don't train for 2-3 days before your blood draw and make sure you've had lots of water.

yeah. Ill have to stop taking creatine. Stop training. Stop taking mast P because it dehydrates me. Stop eating meat.

I was hoping for a supplement or medication haha
