kwik98gt said:and those commercials that say-"you have the right to consolidate your debt under law chapter 13 section usc.."blah blah-basically its a commercial for a laywer to file bankruptcy for you. those other companies that setup payments with your creditors-i assume all they do is pay off your debts-then you pay them out(with a hefty percentage rate im sure) Like i said-pay off all existing debt-then wait it out. Or get high risk credit with like 22% apr LOL. Either way your fucked. I say pay cash for everything. If you cant save up and afford to buy it you dont need it.
I totaly agree. I bought my ws6 and m3 in cash. I financed my house but put a hefty down. He is young and dumb, Bought a 04 denali and couldn't pay for it. 950 a month. OUCH. I pay 1500 a month for a 3500sqft house with 2 acres. Look at the thread what kind of cars do we have rolling around here.kwik98gt said:if his mom will cosign and she has good credit it might be all good-and might help his credit out. itll take awhile for a loan office to overlook that repo though. Shit-they have to go infront of a board with all their fuckups. It comes down to their job-or take a risk on your repo history ass. Which would you choose? I dont know your friend-but the way these things usually go down is-he makes a few payments then runs into trouble. Mom ends up making payments to keep her credit out of the gutter.
