Criticize my BP/SQ form

Can't say much besides this is me doing light weights trying to perfect form to progress. Need opinions, advice, criticism to know if I should move on to higher weight.

Using the incline on squats as I heard it helps stabilizing when u go down as I feel even without shoes I will fall forward or backwards a bit until I get off balance and involuntarily pick up foot slightly.

I think I got the bench press form down, especially down at 85lbs or 65lbs in the video

Once you get comfortable with the movement you will realize that odds are you arent going to fall over. Im not great at critiquing form but i can tell you for sure are squatting high which can be detrimental. Also personally i like my toes out a little more than that and it kind of seems like they are naturally trying to move out when you go to squat anyways.

What do you mean squatting high? Like not getting full range of motion as in low enough, or High bar position to high. About the whole foot thing, I do think your right, I'll take another video today of my ankle is feeling up to lar after spraining it. (not training related) Also how bout the bench form? Good?

For your squat even at light weight practice on throwing your hips back first. And get rid of the board under your heels.. with your bench I would try to get under the bar with a arch and really force your shoulders down. Bring your elbows in a little too. It will help your shoulders as you get heavier with bar weight.. watch some powerlifting videos. Getting form down will help you as you get to be a old dog like myself and save you from grunting when you get off the couch.. thank god for a sink in front of my shitter

Do your dad a solid and clean that mess up.

Your squat needs to go below parallel. Your form looks alright, but get that butt down.

Your wobbling all over during that bench press. Dig your feet in and brace yourself. Try it with some more weight on the bar.
