I want some criticism or advice on my squat and bench press. I think my bench form is good but have gotten negative feedback on my squat form.

You need to tuck your elbows more when benching. Retract your shoulders into the bench, your whole upper back should be tight.

Squat doesn't look to awful but why are you standing partly on a board? Upper back should be tight and core should be braced. Chest up and head natural level. Imagine your feet are screwing into the ground as your decend, this will allow your hips and knees to open up and be sure to keep it that way on the way up as well.

Look up mark bells youtube channel supertraining. He has ton of professionals on there teaching these movements.

The board is because I feel off balance even when barefoot and the board seems to help. How do intuck em in more? By move ands closer or further? I def know its not 90° cause i made sure to as I did at first and got shoulder pain so had to readjust

Of course keep in mind shoulder pain and stay safe, but I think what the guy above means is bring your hands in slightly and contract your lower lats to stabilize your back.
Your hands and arms aren't just there to balance the weight on your neck, they help your traps turn into a big meaty platform.

Your not getting tight enough on bench. Your elbow tracking looks off, bringing you hands together some and focusing on elbow movement might help you. Keep benching, you'll get more comfortable with it.

I don't really know where to start with helping you on your squat... You need to do some research and get accustomed to a normal squat technique, then add more weight so real flaws come out.

If you're interested in powerlifting, really think about checking into a coach.

Props to you for posting the video, not everyone has the balls to do that nor ask for help. Good for you.

@Masters Power might have a few things he can help get you on track with.

I recommend reading the book "Starting Strength".

Others will be better to comment on your squat form.

As far as bench goes it doesn't look bad from what I can see although I agree with @Eman regarding not looking tight enough. Really need to see this from a side angle. The next time you bench shoot video from a few feet in front on the bench but out 5 or 6 feet to one side or the other. I, and others, will be able to give you better advice once I see your bench from that angle.

I'm guessing you can't touch your toes stiff legged? There's a lot that needs to be worked on but for being a beginner you're not in a bad spot because you haven't developed any bad habits yet. But the best thing for you to do is to start reading some books.

Read "starting strength" by mark rippitoe and also "becoming a supple leopard" by Kelly starrat these are the basis of any strength athlete. Also I'd begin a program such as StrongLifts 5x5 or starting strength to build a foundation and I'm sure you'll gain lots of strength as long as you eat accordingly

maybe this is a little bit better. It's from the side. I'm getting ready to go bench now so I'll get another perspective. Thanks for feedback, I moved hands in literally 0.5-1inch on both hands and seems to be a lot stabler.

The camera has to be down further to see it but you're still very loose and shaky.

Honestly, I think the only way for you to improve is to keep benching. You will get more steady as you go.

I highly recommend you read some books to get an idea of good cues and programming.

Also, download myfitnesspal and see how many calories you're eating. Increase them.

If you keep high squatting im going to jump on your back to make you get low. Then im gonna stick my thumb in your butt to make you shoot outta the hole. My thumb is unpleasantly thick. Remember that
