Critique me! First cycle!

Alright, this is my second post. I finally got my cycle, Al, and pct all in order now I am just waiting on my pins. I'm going to be running

1 ml Testosterone enanthate 300 twice a week

I have Armotraz (generic Arimidex) incase of gyno

Pct I have cytotam (generic Noladex) and 3 packs of HCG 5000 iu

Also I was sent some cialis with my order so I'm guessing it might be handy during pct.

Stats:

Age- I'm 25 (a little young for Aas but old enough to making an educated decision)

Weight- 215 to 223 it fluctuates

Height- 6'1

BF%- guessing 18% not sure but I will post pics

Im obviously not super lean and I'm not huge AF by any means. But my question going into this cycle is should I eat a diet at Maintance, surplus, or a deficit based on the pics i posted which I literally took 15 mins ago with no pump after I ate a bowl of cereal lol

I would eat at maintance and maybe doing some cardio.

I'm currently on my first cycle and im on a deficit from 500kcal + 45min cardio every day and i can still increase lifts every workout and im looking bigger.

Depends on what your goals are, which you havent stated.

But its cool the fella above gave advice without knowing. Solid.

Well to be honest I'm not really sure what's possible. Being that this is my first cycle. My current max bench is 315 I would like to see that go up to 405. My weight is about 220 natural. I'm Not really wanting to go over 230-235 just wanna swap some fat out for some lean muscle mass and putt on a little extra if possible.

Yes I was considering doing a Log depending on if people were interested or not. I was going to document my progress weekly and upload pic. That would be a Log, correct? Sorry I'm new to AAS and the site.

You need to figure out exactly what your goals are BEFORE you start. That will figure out your diet and training.
 
Understood. That's why I'm here. Not really in a rush to start want to do this the right way. I just wanted to see would people would do if they were me by looking at me. Which ever route I take I'm guessing my physique can only get better.... I really do appreciate the input.

Also I HIGHLY recommend cutting for a weeks first. Going to be a huge let down and waste of first cycle gains if you don't go for full on bulk

I've been considering that.. would you suggest cutting a few weeks then just eating all the protein and whole foods I can get my hands on and just lifting heavy as possible, or? Problem is I am a former fat boy lol. Was weighing around 265 before I started lifting and was super unhealthy. Now I lift and exercise everyday. I have a horrible metabolism and can put on weight with ease. I just wanna look good and feel good.

If your goals are to look and feel good then AAS is not needed. I have a feeling you're thinking you're going to shoot some test and all of a sudden be the ripped shredded guy with hella energy in 3 months.

I think it'd be a good idea for you to re evaluate your goals and know exactly what you want to achieve. Then update the log and we'll try and steer you in the right direction.

But if just cutting fat and feeling good is the goal much cheaper routes then AAS exist

i would agree with @Murphthedon .. the first cycle gainz are awesome so i wouldn't waste them.
It takes around 4 Weeks for Test E to kick in.
So in your case i would be in a deficit with cardio everyday for like 45 min or something , depending on your time and motivation.
As soon as the test kicks in maybe up the calories to maintance level and drop the cardio to 20 min.
Don't overeat like crazy and skip cardio.. i was a fatboy too.
The cardio will keep the fat gains to a minimum or maybe even burn fat.
Would still follow a mealplan or macros even if you bulking. It's very easy to overeat on calories even on clean foods.

If you see you are gaining not enough weight at maintance maybe up it 200calories. Just slow steps nothing too crazy

Ya man I see where your coming from. And it seems more time than not people try to steer people away from running a cycle. For good reason there is as many pro as cons... But while I'm contemplating this in my head I guess I have answered my own question. I want to change my body composition. And 3 months is not the goal. I'm going to lift until I can't anymore. You can't sit her and tell me that if you are already running a routine and making solid strength gains that a ton more test isn't going to change anything. Not trying to be disrespectful. But bottom line is I've made up my mind it's just all about how and when I'm going to run it.

Thanks bro sounds like solid advice to me. Didn't think about cutting during the first four weeks that makes a lot of sense.

Ya I have thought about dbol a lot but I just want to see how my body reacts to different compounds. Maybe this time run the test e then pct....then run a Dbol only cycle..... Pct.... Then stack them that way I can feel and understand the compounds and how I react to them.

Any way this is what I'm going to do I'm going to run "Shortcut to shred" 6 week diet and workout plan I found on bodybuilding.com 2 weeks pre cycle and and the first 4 weeks of cycle. That should drop me down to a comfortable bf%. After the 4th week when the test kicks in I will start a clean bulk around 250-500 surplus. I'm going to take 1ml every 4 days until my 3 vials are gone.

Then some Hcg until the test clears and I will run my pct. I'll get those details more dialed in when the time comes

Note sure if you wanted all this detail but I'm more or less just mapping out my plan for myself lol after all this is a Log. So I've already run the first day of the diet and workout today. So two Monday's from now I will take my first pin.

I'm pretty pumped hope you along for the ride! :)

Never run an oral only cycle man, going to be hella hard shutdown and you loose more then you gain. No exaggeration lol.

I'll say this, I'm a firm believer in either a full on cut or a full on bulk. Trying to run in 2 opposite directions at the same time, or running north for 4 weeks then turning around and running south for 8 just doesn't make much sense. You'll accomplish a hell of a lot more and be MUCH happier in the long picking a direction and sticking to it. If you want to loose bf do so naturally before your cycle. Best of luck
 
Sorry mate I believe people should earn the right to use AAS from years of proper dieting and training to build a strong foundation first. I think you should consider staying off gear for awhile.
