Critique me! First cycle!

Ya I have thought about dbol a lot but I just want to see how my body reacts to different compounds. Maybe this time run the test e then pct....then run a Dbol only cycle..... Pct.... Then stack them that way I can feel and understand the compounds and how I react to them.

Any way this is what I'm going to do I'm going to run "Shortcut to shred" 6 week diet and workout plan I found on bodybuilding.com 2 weeks pre cycle and and the first 4 weeks of cycle. That should drop me down to a comfortable bf%. After the 4th week when the test kicks in I will start a clean bulk around 250-500 surplus. I'm going to take 1ml every 4 days until my 3 vials are gone.

Then some Hcg until the test clears and I will run my pct. I'll get those details more dialed in when the time comes

Note sure if you wanted all this detail but I'm more or less just mapping out my plan for myself lol after all this is a Log. So I've already run the first day of the diet and workout today. So two Monday's from now I will take my first pin.

I'm pretty pumped hope you along for the ride! :)

i think this is a lightweight terrible idea. Like has been mentioned, you wont really gain as much in future cycles like your first. If i were you, and if I could do it over again i would have done this.

Naturally lean down some utilizing a STRICT diet, training program and cardio regiment. then start youre cycle. you want to definitely eat in a surplus during your first cycle. sure you may gain a little fat but most of the weight gained will be muscle or water. thats my opinion..

Well I abandoned that idea due to the fact that people have so many different opinions and I just wanted to do me. So I just finished 13 week test e cycle. Went through 30 mls of test. Ate everything in front of me carbs, protein, cardboard, dirt, everything lol. Started off at 220 now I'm 258. Strength is through the roof. Obviously I'm not lean and I'm bloated as fuck but I am happy with the progress I've made.
 
Edit. I'm not gonna be mean. You should've listened to everyone on this thread. However I'm really skeptic about your stats so I'm questioning whether you cycled in the first place. Either way you can be used as a good example of what not to do. Cheers.

Couple things. I don't think you're 258 and I don't think you can bench 315. Do you even lift? You're gonna keep doing you? Which is what? Being a liar?
 
IMG_1391.JPG IMG_1390.JPG lol I'm not here to lie to people or bullshit. Yesterday at the gym scale said 258. Took a picture right now at 253.8 at home. Granted weight fluctuates. But ya loving the support. I'm 6'1 and some change I know 260 looks a lot bigger on someone 5'9

I'm not bothered by you thinking I look like shit. But the liar thing is what's getting to me. If you message me i will give you my instagram and you can see every lift I have. I can rep 130 dumbbels and dead lift over 5 bills. I have video to prove it ;) and I hit 315 bench before I ever touched aas. Sorry if that pisses you off

The point is I'm not a liar and I don't like to be called one. But I get what your saying. I guess growing up in California we start to feel like as long as you dont have things in mass qualities it's not worth the time and resources of those in law enforcement. Call me reckless I guess lol

Im not saying your lying, im just saying by your before and after pictures 38 pounds on your frame would be a hugh difference in muscle mass

The two pictures I just post aren't before and after they are about a couple weeks apart. You have to go to the beginning of the thread to see the before. I'm just going to bow out on this one. I mean I have people come up to me everyday and say bro you are big, that I don't even know and I'm not even at the gym. I guess I should take more comparable pictures in the same room I'm the same pose next time idk. But strength has increased no denying that and my weight has too. Sorry I don't wear it well.

Its your body and your cycle, im only giving my opinion by the picture, so if you did gain all that weight and look bigger and feel stronger, than I guess your farther a head from were you started
 
I'm an advocate for short esters. Just out of curiosity how come you went with the test e ?
No real reason besides I saw it being recommended as a good first cycle a lot. Seemed to be a safe route so I took it. I will most likely go with something else on the next run. As far as side effects didn't really have much besides mild acne on shoulders and bloating of face towards end. Found that my strength kinda leveled out after week 10 but ended up adding a couple reps to each lift by week 13.

Good stuff. I'd recommend short esters for people who don't want to stay on forever. Maximize results minimizing risk of poor recovery.
