So here is the plan for the new year...prop and eq...
5 cycles deep, lots of cyp, enanthate, winny, deca in the past....
6'4" 280lbs with a good 25-30 to lose before the abs will show....
Goals of the cycle are to lose a little fat, gain 15-20lbs of muscle, and keep the bloat at bay....
150mg of prop and 100mg of eq EOD...
The diet is good, the training is good, the cardio is good at 40 minutes 5 days per week...
Any thoughts out there?
