i've been blasting and cruising for 2 years now. taught myself everything through reading and watching copious amounts of hours of vigorous steve, kurt havens, J4U, etc and self coached using GPT. food weighed, macros/training tracked religiously.

300 test 12 weeks was my first cycle 1.5 years ago, and i just finished up my 2nd cycle of 24 weeks of 300 test + 6IU hGH for about 14 weeks and upping to 400 and experimenting with 12IU hGH + 200 primo e once i plateaued. complimented with 10IU Fiasp paired with 120g maltodextrin pre/intra workout 3x/week. insane pump and i know insulin use is questionable at best for my weight/height. gained about 15 lbs and kept about ~10 after shedding the water once i went back to "TRT+" of 150mg/week.

only did bloods religiously my 2nd cycle; 12 weeks before, 12 weeks in, then again at 24 weeks at the end of my cycle. labs were pristine. low HS CRP, perfect lipids/low ApoB, cystatin C, GGT, etc. except my HCT was (unsurprisingly after blasting my socks off for 6 months) alarmingly high at 53.3. GPT had me go donate blood immediately and that was that; i expect to draw labs again with a month or so.z

i've messed around with anavar oral/sublingual, injectable l carnitine, GLOW, low-dose NPP. favorite combo has to be test primo 2:1 with hGH. that is the holy fucking trinity and i feel no need to mess around with any other PEDs until i'm forced to stack something else in for mg sake.

progressive overload tracked via strengthlog on iOS. i was hitting PRs nearly every single workout. stretch mediated hypertrophy etc. i'm a big fan of jeff nippard/mike israetel.

the hGH i got tested by MZ Biolabs 99% purity 40IU… kurt havens and chase irons was glazing 6mg serostim nightly so i tried blasting the fuck out of GH. made my joints hurt, paradoxically. too much IGF1. the insulin yeah i had my hands on a vial and they’re only good for 28 days so i went to town on it. for the sake of science

I'm fine with experimenting. But there should be a natural progression:
1. Food/get fat, compound lifts and body weight go up
2. Achieve intermediate level of strength
3. Testosterone
4. Higher doses of gear
5. HGH
6. Insulin and HGH

You could have got to a decent bodyweight and strength without gear....

If you couldn't get there without gear it means you don't know how to train...
