Current Cycle
Okay guys I have had some questions asked about what I consider to be lower doses and if I run what I preach. I guess you can be the judge.
Here is what I was running for a recomp cycle now.
Test Cyp. 600mg a week(Mon. 300mg, Thurs. 300mg)
Deca 300mg a week(Mon. 150mg, Thurs. 150mg)
Tren A. 100mg EOD
Anavar 30-45mg ED
Arimidex .5mg EOD
HGH 5.32 iu's 5 days on 2 days off(2.66 iu's morning, 2.66 iu's post-workout)
I have had amazing results so far with this cycle.
Stopped Tren and Anavar for 4 weeks at the 4 week mark and now have picked it up again for the last 4 weeks.
I have put on 5 pounds and dropped 3% bf. I know doesn't look like a lot but you can definitely tell in the mirror. I'm sitting at 255lbs. and 10-11% This is the most I have weighed at that bf%. The heavist I have weighed was 270 lbs. last summer and I tore my right bicep tendon and had surgery to repair it. I dropped down to 250 lbs. and 13-14% bf after that and hovered there until this year.
Diet and cardio are key here. I am eating every 2-2.5 hours of clean food. One cheat meal the night before leg day and carb load heavy post leg workout(white rice and sweet potato). Water intake at least 1 gallon a day and try for more.
Cardio 25-35 minutes ED but Sunday. Heart rate around 130-140.
So that's what I consider a lower dosed cycle. This will be something I will run 2-3 times a year.
