Just a random thought I stumbled upon at work today, lets say you go on very high test, 1g for example and have a high protein, high carbs, low fat diet. Wouldnt you be able to shed more fat than on a low fat low carb diet and lets say a dose of 500mg of test?
Though behind this: high test + high carbs makes you bloated and stores a lot of water , thus more bodyweight to carry around when walking, doing cardio etc, resulting in more kcal burned throughout the day. If your daily macros are the same on this approach as the typical cutting diet approach, wouldnt you shed more fat? And then see the proper results when you back off the testosterone again?
Same theory would go in like a test, deca (or any other wet steroid) blast..get a clean high carb/high protein diet with small caloric input and shed more fat because theres more bodyweight involved and thus burns off more calories..
Im bored at work and have random thoughts, never though about such an approach. Look shit during diet, strong as an ox, when you come of the blast, see the result because of reduced water retention etc..?
