Cutting cycle advice

Hey guys, Finished my bulking cycle about two months ago. Gained 30 lbs haven't lost any weight, however I think I should have been a little tighter on my diet because I got fat, I swear my body fat went up 5% on a cycle of test and Eq. I would like to start my cutting cycle. I have tren, winny, t3, clen and deca and some test enan. How would you recommend stacking this (PS I don't really want any bloat or fat retention). Stats, 255lbs, 25% bf (fat fuck), 5'8". Also any suggestions on what type of diet to be on for the cycle.

at 25% bodyfat (64lbs of fat) you're really barely over 190lbs of lean tissue. I am very curious about your ancillary program you had DURING your cycle, so I'd appreciate your answer.
If you dont want bloat, scrap the deca & enan, get some prop. An awesome cutting cycle will include tren 75mg-100 EOD, prop 100 EOD, winny 50mg ED, clen and t3, alternated with ECA every 2 weeks. you know the drill.
The powerful androgen (tren) will cut you up. Combine this with clen and T3 (and taurine, a MUST MUST HAVE with clen) is a damn potent cutting cycle.
My next suggestion is to increase your ancillaries. Arimidex at 0.5mg ED is a must, since you're prone to bloat. This, on its own is a potent preventor of fat deposition, as it supresses estrogen, your number 1 enemy that causes so much fat deposition.

Diet is of course the thing that makes or breaks your cutting cycle, even if all other chemical factors were in order. increase your protein, increase your good fat intake (MCT, omega-3, DHA, EPA) increase your fiber intake, while cutting down on carbs. 3-4k calories is good for your weight, with 2-2.1g of protein per lb of bodyweight. Drink 1-2 gallons of water per day. Keep us updated on your progess!

Thanks for replying. I did not take any ancillary during my cycle I used nolvadex at the conclusion for six weeks. Like I said I did not lose anything. Are you suggesting using the arimidex because of the prop or the other juice in the cutting cycle because I am not aware of tren or winn converting to estrogen? I know it seems shocking to me that I have only 190lb of lean muscle. I don't look like a fat pig but I was shocked when I looked at my body fat %. I was thinking maybe there was a problem with the handheld impedance device I use to determine bf.
 
I dont like to bulk unless I'm under 10% bf so its not so hard to get lean after the cycle and it is easier on your body by not going up and down on bf like a rollercoaster.

Thanks for your reply. The reason I asked about your ancillary routine DURING cycle was that I suspected you had uncontrolled levels of estrogen during it. My suspicion was confirmed by both your bodyfat increase, and your admitting to not using any anti-aromatase.

Tren and winny do not aromatise to any measurable degree according to numerous texts i've read. Prop however, does. The cutting cycle I destribed to you above is very potent if done correctly. Apart from diet, the most important part is the inclusion of arimidex/femara during ANY cycle....be it bulking or cutting. You have learnt the hard way about the effects of uncontrolled levels of estrogen. We can only be thankful that you only gained a little fat, as opposed to damaging your kidneys, or developing ventricular hypertrophy from extended periods of high blood pressure from excessive estrogen and bloat.

last think I want to say is your use of your bodyfat measurment device. I presume you're referring to bioelectric impedance scales, and these have been shown to be innacurate +/- 5% each way. In other words you could be anywhere from 20-30% bodyfat. (research from Journal of ACSM) for elite athletes in the 2-8% bodyfat range, the scales tended to OVERESTIMATE the bodyfat %. In obese people, it tended to UNDERESTIMATE the fat %. Following this, in your case, you're probably closer to 30% bodyfat. (178.5lbs of lean tissue)

Get your act together bro. and never do a cycle without arimidex or femara ever again, for the sake of your health, and (maybe more importantly for you) your appearance.

Thanks ThePatriot. It's disturbing me a little how there seems to be a trend on meso where bros do not use anti-aromatase during their cycles. They are stuck in the mindset that bloat is good (makes them LOOK bigger and feel stronger), and estrogen increases gains. It sure does, but as the phrase goes, "too much of a good thing is bad"
I hope these folks read this thread and realise that the use of femara or arimidex is crucial in any cycle with aromatising AAS.
