cutting cycle, anavar albuterol t3-> feeling bloated, no period

Hi

I am new here but I have so many to ask.
My background:
I’ve been working out for 10 years now.
My body fat was 23% in February, female 28 years, I wanted to get ripped so with determination and correct nutrition I reached 16,8% body fat by May.

By July 14th I’ve decided to do my first cycle because I wasn’t losing any more body fat
So I’ve stacked 10mg anavar(taken 5mg in the morning and 5mg at the evening)
12,5mg T3 in the morning and 12,5mg at the evening
4mg albuterol in the morning, lunch and evening
And 10mg nolvadex before sleep.

Two weeks have past and I’ve notice that my belly was bloated, I thought it was nolvadex so I stop taking it, but nothing happened I was still bloated and had a feeling that I was gaining body fat because I couldn’t even see my abs anymore.

So by august 5 I stopped taking anavar cus I read online that in some women caused bloating..

By august 15th I stopped everything .. I am still bloated and definitely gain some body fat ( I don’t want to get measured) but I can see my body in the mirror and I am depressed.

My period is 20 days late… and I am not pregnant.

Does anyone know why this happened to me?

How can I get my period back now?

My wife was just like you, bloating and screwed up period so she stopped. After about 2 months, completely back to normal. You'll be fine.

Does anyone know if I get norethisterone -primolut nor
For a few days is my period coming? Has anyone tried it?

Both water retention and menstrual cycle irregularities (the cycle gets shorter in length before stopping completely but since your already fairly lean to begin with the process was accelerated) are common side effects of Var. Neither are permanent.

Your period will return once your hormones are back to normal. This can take some time (weeks to months) but you do NOT need to take any extra drugs to accelerate the process.

If your diet was still under control then no, you weren't gaining bodyfat and it was all water. The level of of water retention can reach crazy levels for women in particular but again - its not fat.
You have to stay strong mentally rather than letting yourself become effected by what the mirror/scale/whatever is showing you. Keep the diet in check and the water retention will pass, give it at least a month.

My diet was harder than before the cycle
Tried no carbs at all for 2 weeks
Didn't work
Then add some carbs only before workout and still nothing
I don't know why I am so messed up... Or maybe the cycle made me go crazy...
I've also tried taking diuretics for a week and still bloated...

If I start another cycle is there any chance my body can use to the drugs and work with them ?

I think you need to work on being consistent with your diet (cals, macros then everything else - no swapping stuff around every other week) and mentally prepare yourself for the ups & downs that come with being a woman. I'm not saying that to be judgmental, I've worked with enough girls to know how crazy measurements get at different points of a menstrual cycle & when AAS is brought into the mix.

I'd stop adding/subtracting drugs until you have the diet fully dialed in and are in a much better place mentally.
Stay calm, be patient, get refocused and keep striving forward :)

thanks for the reply,

My nutrition is monitored by my trainer and I am always following it. I do have 6-7 meals a day including protein shakes and I always Meal prep in advanced.
I do have a cheat meal every weak....
Cardio 5 days a week in the morning and weights and cardio at night... If I post pics of before and after you will be shocked ...

Well, first... WELCOME! Second, HOLY SHIT! this is what happens when misinformed people or shitty coaches have 'no idea about a woman's body' happens.... I'm just going to be flat out blunt....What possessed you to run those compounds and those doses in the first place. If it was your coach then I recommend finding someone who is actually familiar with women's bodies.

Being this your very first cycle and you being concerned about your period. What stage of your menstrual cycle did you start this? What was your goal?
Var ONLY is a great beginner cycle for a female. But run it alone for the duration of the cycle or at least for the first 6 weeks to determine your tolerance. 10mg is a modest dose. Females can run it up to 20mg on it's own unless very experienced and aware of how compounds react then can be stacked. Some experience bloating but you can control a lot of it with diet and cardio. If you are splitting the dose, which is recommended, then it should be within 6-8 hrs apart as var has a short half life and you want to ensure you are keeping all your levels stable.

T3 at 12.5mg is INSANE! So I hope that is an error and you mean 12.5mcg. 12.5mcg will not give you much and you can run it up to 100mcg on it's own first to determine how you react to it before you start stacking. Tapering it up and then down is highly recommended and especially for us women so we avoid a rebound. Although the only thing I would be OK to stack for a beginner is Albuterol. You taking 12mg of Albuterol a day is extremely high for a female, especially with everything else you decided to run. You should assess your tolerance with dosing between 2mg-6mg max a day for a max 6 week run total... some can handle 8mg but really no need. Unless you found yourself bunk underdosed product. I personally along with several other females that I have worked with are very content with 4mg-6mg a day.
Nolvadex... oh boy... what was your reasoning there? 5mg would be a good start and then work your way to 10mg but it's only a finisher and it's a tricky one to play with as you can really mess with your own estrogen levels if not used properly and the very first thing that happens is water retention and added weight around the estrogen fat areas such as tummy, bum and thighs... Nolva should really only be used for contest prep and tapered down not dropped cold turkey. So unless you are getting ready for the stage, no need for it.

Sorry if I sound harsh but now you will have to wait it out and I do not recommend running any cycles but get yourself back on track with strict diet, training and cardio. Do your research and please do not do that again.

@GearGodess I was wondering when I would be able to read your reply. Not being to knowledgable on this, I was really looking forward to your answers.

GearGodess thank you for your reply I appreciate it a lot.

I've started cycle while on fertile days
I've started not to get on stage but only because I wanted to get under 16% body fat and with nutrition and working out for so many years I never manage to get under 16%. I'm always stacked at 16%.
For T3 was 12,5mcg sorry for that.

I've tryed 50mcg a day in split doses but I've had tachycardia so I went back to 25mcg a day.

Yeah the stacking was proposed by my coach :(

I am bloated on tummy thighs and bum.. So I guess it's from nolvadex that's why I've stopped taking it after 2 weeks.

I believe when I get my period all this bloating will go away and I wanted to ask if it's ok to get some primolut-nor to get her come

I would NOT be adding any drugs at all. Let it come naturally. Keep your diet very clean and strict for the next 10-14 days and absolutely no cheat. Make sure you also stay hydrated well. After that, see how you feel/ look and check in regularly.

We will do our best to help you through it. And get your body back on track.

Now that we know it was all your coach's bright idea I agree with GearGodess about dumping him/her but I would go a step further and name & shame them.

There are way too many coaches out there who are completely clueless on how a woman's body works and, as a result, they make retarded recommendations that do more harm then good. It's good to let the female visitors on meso know who to avoid IMO.

I believe it's my fault too... I shouldn't have asked him to cycle me and I should have made a better research ... But I didn't know so I will accept the concequences now and be patient ...

Yeah there are so many clueless coaches in my country and thanks God they are not online.. So no girl can contact him

That's the problem, nowadays it's insulting to those that actually went to school for it and have actual degrees versus the easy fix of online/weekend courses and boom you're certified. Complete insult to those vets in the industry. Anyone can say they are a "coach" now and post as such on Instagram or FB or any other social media...but are they truly qualified?

The key here, and it is critical for women, is to do your homework.... Check their background, their references and actually speak with the individuals that this "coach" worked with to ensure they truly are qualified. Ask for examples then make sure it isn't just some cookie cutter fix they are giving you but truly based on your goals, lifestyle and your own body. When it comes to cycles, research the compounds they tell you.... Ask questions and finally, make sure you as a female, TEST the product to ensure it is legit so you know what to expect and what you are taking.

As a newbie and especially a female, NEVER take multiple compounds unless you know how you react to each on its own.

If you attempted to cycle for a month period, and you started on your fertile days. My guess, and it's only a guess as I don't know much about you, I would guess you should have it next month but could be just spotting or very light or the month after and be back to normal.

Yes, keep your focus on diet, reset yourself with the next 14 days of no cheat. Keep it super clean and hydrated. Let us know how you feel after and we can figure out the next steps to help you.

As for cardio and training, incorporate fasting 30mins cardio in the morning, and if you finish off your weight training with 20-30 mins cardio in the evening, that will definitely get your body out of its plateau.
