Cutting Cycle / Body Recomp

I have been taking 600mg Test, 100 mg Anavar and .5mg Adex for 3 going on 4 weeks. I am 30 years old 5'8, 182lbs and 10% BF based on my last inbody scale. I lift 6 days a week on a 3 day split, and I try to do Cardio at least 10-20 min everyday but some days I don't do that at all. My diet is just at or just under 1800 calories a day. Clean eating 5 meals a day with the occasional bowl of honey nut cherrios, but pretty strict on myself. Looking to shed some more fat but it's like I've kinda hit a wall here as to how much I can cut. Should I be increasing cardio? or am I just missing something. Looking to get some good feed back.

How do you know you're at 1800 calories a day? Are you weighing everything with a scale? Are you using an app like MyFitnessPal to track intake? How long have you been at 1800? If not I'd start by doing that it is very hard to estimate calories and be correct. If you truly are eating 1800 cal tracked and weighed. I'd prob just add some cardio. You're calories are getting pretty low. You could possibly try a few cheat days maybe that will give your metabolism a little bump.

Yeah idk man I would die at 1800 calories at 190 I'm doing a recomp at 6000 calories a day I would crash my metabolism if I went that low.

Yes I have been using myfitnesspal to count my days worth of calories as a matter fact I'll send a picture right now of the last time I counted my calories for the day to make sure that I was still on the same number.

Here's the the pic of the last time I counted my calories for the day

You could add cardio but at this point you're calories are really low IMO. I can't really give any other advice bc I just don't know but me personally I would start adding calories and try to rebuild my metabolism. I know that's not what you want to hear but I am personally not comfortable dropping any more calories especially with cardio added. I've never even gone as low as 1800 lowest I've been is 2300 with a very high activity level. I've also never gone below 10%. Maybe someone who competes could chime in.
