cutting cycle eating plan?

need a good daily eating plan for a cutting cycle... been trying to eat right but need to be consistent... all replies and opinions would be great!! thanks
 
the number one thing you need to do when cutting is to not mix carbs with fats
also your only meals with carbs should be pwo and ppwo except have one carb up day a week

Great advice Jim. I have a carb day on Sunday which is also a recovery workout day for me. I maintian my calorie intake as the rest of the week but I don't pay so much attention on the content of the food. I make sure I get my protein but I also will have a bagel/muffin/ice cream or something else I deprive myself of all week long. Like every other day, I try to space my calories out evenly over the whole day and I dont eat before bed.
