Cutting Cycle Log

Day 12:
Shoulders today. Lots of new strength and I'm starting to see some recomp in the mirror. I am still hovering at 293 and I'm still down about an inch on the stomach. I put about a half inch on my biceps and my traps are popping hard. Cardio was 10 minutes of boxing drills and a 45 minute walk.

I pinned 125 mg of Test cyp and 200 mg of Tren E. Took Exemestane and 40 mg of DBol.

Diet was funky again. Macros were 105 fat, 270 carbs, and 200 protein.

Day 13:
Forced day off. God damn gym was only open for 4 hours because of the holiday and I missed the window. To make up for it a bit I spent the whole morning doing yard work, general chores, and moving heavy shit for my family. I pinned 333 ius of HCG and took exemestane and 40 mg of Dbol spread out in two bursts. I drank a sixer at the barbeque which is a big no no on orals but my liver is in good shape... I had bloods run a week before I started my cycle and I'm all good. Macros were 136 fat, 303 carbs and 220 protein. It was a party. What can I say?

Day 14:
Here we are at the end of my first two weeks. Today was another big leg day. I pushed myself harder than ever and my body took it. I'm still 293 but I can really see a difference in the mirror today. I walked 45 minutes, I did boxing drills for 10 minutes, and I did 20 minutes of alternating walking/sprints on the stairs. Diet was more on track than it has been in the past few days. Macros were 105 fat, 226 carbs, and 290 protein.

Day 15:
Chest and Triceps again:) I weighed in at 287 this morning and I lost another half inch off my waste so that means I'm down 1.5 inches in two weeks. Cardio today was a 40 minute walk, 10 minutes of boxing drills, and 20 minutes on the stairs. I pinned 125 mg of Test C and 200 mg of Tren E and I took 40 mg of Dbol and my exemestane. Macros were 106 fat, 212 carbs, and 318 protein.
 
Day 16:
So I had enough clen left over from previous cycles to do a nice little two weeker before I start running the second part of my cycle in which I expect the real recomp to start kicking in. I figured what the fuck:drooling: I started today with 25 mcg and I will work up to 75 mcg over the next few days. I also pinned 333 iu of HCG and took my exemstane and 40 mg of Dbol. My cardio was weak as shit today... only 40 minutes of walking to and from the gym... I blame it on the clen. Other than that I had a big back and Bicep workout and I'm feeling pretty damn good about myself. Macros were 101 fat, 234 carbs, and 315 protein.

On a side note I haven't noticed any negative sides from the tren so I'm considering bumping it up to 600 mg per week once I finish my kickstart.
 
Day 17:
Shoulders today. Took exemestane, 40 mg of dbol, and 50 mcg of clen. Cardio was an hour of walking and 15 minutes of football sprints. Weighed in at 293. Diet sucked. Didn't keep track of my macros. Kind of a crappy day.
 
Day 18
Day off again. I weighed in at 290 this morning and what do you know.... I lost another half inch off my waist which blows my mind because my diet has not been nearly as on track as it should be. I find it really tough to eat right on Dbol. I'm down a total of two inches now and I'm starting to see a lot more definition in my legs, arms, and neck. My arms and lats are obviously bigger and I'm not even done with my third week yet. This is shaping up to be a great cycle. I am thinking I may even post my before and after picks but I have certain tattoos that might reveal my identity so I'll have to be a bit creative with photoshop. Anyway... I did the exemestane, Dbol, & clen thing again. I also pinned 125 mg of Test C and 200 mg of Tren E.
