Cutting Cycle Plan- Critique Appreciated!

What up guys!

Name’s Willy,
I’m fairly new to these forums, but have met a lot of cool ass people. I just wanted to say I appreciate all those who have helped me out so far.

Just about to start a big cutting cycle. Let me know what you guys think!
Will start a log, as well as post the source.

Current Stats/Experience-
Age – 25
Height – 6’2
Weight – 220lbs
BF% - 16-18%
Lifting exp- 9 years
Cycle exp- 6-7 cycles consisting of (Deca/Test E/Test P/Tren A/Winstrol/Epistane/Clen/T3/Crystal DNP


CUTTING CYCLE -

Pinning 2x a week (Mon/Thurs)

T3 - 25/50/75/100 mcg (wk 2-10)
Winstrol - 50mg/day (wk 2-8)
Test Cyp - 400mgs/week (wk 1-16)
Tren E - 400mgs/week (wk 1-10)
Adex - .25mgs/EOD

PCT – Wk (18-22)
Nolva – 20/20/10/10
Clomid – 100/75/50/50
DAA
(Letro on hand)


Each T3 dose is based off 2 weeks, so 25mcg for 2 weeks, 50mcg or 2 weeks. Etc.

This is also my first time Self Pinning, as well as running Tren E. I have ran Tren A previously.
If anyone would like to chime in, please do so. I’m always willing to take constructive criticism, as well as give it!

No clen to go with t3? You need to cycle down your t3 also.
What is your diet and what is your cardio?
Do you have anything in case the winny dries out your joints too much?
 
From a quick glance PCT timing is off.. If you're going 16 weeks wait at least 4 weeks from your last pin to start.. You're going to have a lot of cyp built up in you.

Okay johnny, I just was goin off the usual rule of thumb. 2 weeks after last pin. Thanks for the advice man, I'll put that in the mix

I just really haven't had any good experiences with the clen. I've ran multiple Resarch Labs Clen, and went up to 100mgs with barely any jitters or shakes. So i believe most were very underdosed.

When you say cycle down T3...do you mea taper it down towards the end? I used to use this method, but have seen a lot of mixed reviews about how it's not necessary. I'd love to find out the truth behind it.

Diet is around 300g Pro / 200g Carbs/ 75g Fat. 2700kcals

Routine is a split of about 4 days per week, then another 1 day hitting my weak points.

Cardio will be 6 sessions a week @ 30min per session
As well as, 2 days of recreational basketball.

As for the the joint issues, I have Flexible. Which is a Cissus/Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM. All in one

Good. That flexible is good shit. I use it and love it. As far as t3, I think tapering down is better IMO. Try extreme peptides clen. Just my opinions
 
I'll go ahead and give them a try then. Planning on starting my full cycle about the last week of December, just tryin to put the final pieces together

If you are planning on drinking for new years maybe wait until after the first of the year?
 
Good point man, Might as well.. I was planning on not drinking, but who am I kidding. haha.

What do you think of adding some Primo to the mix?

Well that depends on how your bank acct looks!! [:o)] You can easily spend a grand just on the primo if you're gonna run it right..

I've never ran Primo but would strictly be using it for it's cutting benefits. Money isn't too much of an issue..unless it's an ungodly amount lol
 
I dont know why so many ppl are hot for winny. So many competitors hate that shit and only use it in prep times. It just fucks up your whole training by drying your joints and they weightloss is not even that great, it just dryes you out and makes you lose water not fat. Since your going for long esthers I guess you dont wanna pin everyday, because every basic cutting cycle builds up on short esters because of water retention. Also trenE sucks imo, always trenA
