I've been cutting since November 28th. One month into the cut (note: I didn't have as good a pump at all in the pic as current pic) . What do you think my current body fat is and how much do you think I've lost. Have gone from around 195ish to 175ish. Am running a fairly high dose of a Test, Tren and EQ blend. I'm eating around 2500 cals a day, 225-250ish grams of protein. I have been eating around 150ish grams of carbs. Do you think I should up the carbs a little as I think I might could get a little fuller?
