Cutting for Contest

Hi everyone, I'm brand new here. I read many of the posts and found that you guys help people very well for what the want. I've been working out very strictly for over 3 years. Last year I won a bodybuilding contest at my school and I've decided to do a state-wide teen contest in July. I'm 19 and I am 6'2, 255 pounds, and 16% bodyfat. I'm a first timer, I've never done steroids. I've decided to start cutting up at the beginning of April for the contest and I need to get as cut as I possibly can so I have a chance of winning. What stack would you guys recommend for a person with my stats? I am very excited about this contest and have been training my ass off for over a year for it. Any help would be very appreciated.

I wouldn't suggest steroids at your age. Your growth plate are not done yet and any steroids or hormonal inbalance at this age may hinder proper growth and cause permanent damage. I have seen teens die from AS at your age. I would suggest another year or more.

Also, you should always max out all natural genetic potential long before you resort to any muscle enhancement drugs like steroids. This is a good rule. For you I would suggest learning all you can about natural supplements like creatine and proteins. Learn dieting and training. You are very inexperienced still. If naturally you can not diet down to single digit bf% and obtain a build with out steroids you are not ready.

Steroids do not cut weight or give you muscles besides the common misconception. My advice to you is read, research, and learn.

you're too young for the juice. but - you might want to read up on clen - that'd be just the stuff for you to cut up on w/o screwing up your hormone levels.

Well I certainly can get into the one digits. I am very knowledgeable in training and nutrition, but I just don't know too much about steroids. You are absolutely right though, I should wait until I have matured more. It's just when I did my last contest, I wasn't too impressed with how I looked when it came to my definition. Do you have any suggestions, though, for dieting? Is the beginning of April a good starting point to cut up for a July 10 contest? The first month I was thinking about running or using the stair-climber first thing in the morning 3 times a week, and then the next two months doing it right before bed as well. I have an apartment at college and I am always able to get all of my meals in on time so there should be no excuse for me to not eat correctly.
