Preparing shots in advance > good or bad ?

Any reason using a pen is out of the question? Seems like the perfect use case for those frequent injections

I've often thought about doing this, but always thought maybe it was a bad idea (but wasn't sure why lol) going to try it whilst storing upright, with air drawn in as suggested.
