Cutting methods?

What type of cutting diets do any of you prefer?

I tried Keto for a few weeks and it was a struggle to eat all that fat! I felt full and lethargic all the time.

I seem to be having good success with very minimal carbs (maybe not low enough for Keto) along with good protein sources (eggs & chicken breast) and green veggies... but whatever it's working.

Just looking to get some other ideas.
 
Never Zero of Any Thing

Low in Fat and Carbs HIGH in protein


Also try to do cardio but NOT too much

20 minutes day on a PERFECT diet is just as effective as 30-1hour on less then perfect diets
