Cutting Tips, Recipes, Ingredients

I recommend getting a job on the 4th floor of a commercial building.
Up and down those stairs all day and im dropping bf like im crackin out!

Just discovered this little gem too. Very good info Noah, really looking forward to implementing alot of this into my diet. Love the idea of apple sauce for a sweetener. I will be following this thread.

I have a few months of recipes logged away somewhere :D I actually had to cut out a lot of dairy from my diet for a little while so that's been pretty neat, new restrictions = new takes on things. I'll find a day to get this going again ;)

Many others to add but I made this again today and it's really great. Can't recall the source, not a homemade recipe

Ingredients

1 cup cooked basmati rice, with these aromatics added to the rice cooker along with the rice and water (optional): cinnamon stick, vanilla bean, 4 whole cloves, 4 whole cardamom pods

1/2 oz toasted sliced almonds

1 scoop vanilla protein powder prepared with 1 cup liquid of choice

3 Tbsp coconut sugar free torani syrup or other sweetener of choice http://www.amazon.com/Torani-Sugar-Coconut-Syrup-750mL/dp/B000AXSG08

Lots of cinammon to taste

Pinch of Salt

1oz Raisins (Optional, I personally hate raisins)

Instructions

Mix raisins, almonds, and rice with protein and coconut syrup. Add salt and cinnamon. Pour the cold protein shake over the hot rice to make warm rice pudding, or serve cold.

Looks great brother, Ive heard of using beans, apparently you can't taste em at all in the finished product. Ive done something similar with a chickpea "cookie dough"

Man they're crazy good! I eat nearly a whole pan yesterday... I don't put quite as many chocolate chips as what the recipe call for, maybe 1/2 cup total. You cannot tell the difference between these and real brownies... We think they're better...especially with sugar free ice cream!
