I am new to the site and this is my first post. I have been trying to find information around here on proper nutrition and training to cut. My stats are 6"2 205 and about 15% bf. I can never find a way to get below this as much as I try. I just turned 20 and still don't believe that the "real" thing is for me yet. I have heard of the eca stack and what not but was wondering all you guys with experience would say. It will be a 6 week cycle of some kind of diet supplement and training. Any help would be great.
