cutting with out a good diet

Ok here's the deal, I dont have the time to cook for my diet so for the fisrt time ever Im trying to cut without eating the norm( clean foods). My question is, have any of u bros ever done this before? and if so were u happy with your wieght lose?
 
I'm normally pretty cut, I find that running 2X a week and lifting normally keeps me cut always and the extra food aids in recovery and buildup of my muscles and lifting and running keeps my metabolism up.I don't eat low calorie diets or anything.Just depends on what your goals are and where you are at right now.
 
You dont have to cook food to eat smart. Just watch what you eat and when you eat it. I am sure you know how your body responds to certain foods. Just remember you get out of a program whatever you put into it. You might get good results but you would have gotten better results if you had dieted right.

Try to find time. I am in the habit of taking some time on a Sunday and cooking up an assload of chicken and i usually brown some lean ground beef and then I just pop em in the fridge. It is there whenever I need it, ready to eat. Tuna and Salmon pouches are awesome for when you are really pressed for time.

try the ANPB diet bro. Easy as hell to get cut on. Except for your refead on the weekend, your meals consist of ANPB and protein shakes
