In my early 50's. Been weight lifting on and off since my mid 20s. Im 5"10 , 210 , 17% bf. Im currently on low dose reta to hit 15% bf before I start.
Im looking to add to my TRT. I plan on bumping up the test c to 125 mg - 150 mg x a week. My goal is just to add lean muscle, Not competiting or anything just trying to live and look my best life. I have in the past , 20+ years ago, ran a few cycles of Test/ Dbol , Test/ Tren, Test/Anadrol. But didnt have the opportunity or sources to take much more. Ive been reading alot about NPP and Mast Prop, but it seems Im going backwads at this point with my research.
My plan(s) were for 10 weeks, then go back to cruise of test 140mg a week.
(1) Test 250-300mg week
Mast Prop 100mg EOD
(2) Test 250-300mg week
NPP 100mg EOD
(3) Test 250-300mg week
Mast Prop 100mg EOD
NPP 100mg EOD
I also have HGH on hand but still researching. Currently taking before bed fast Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin.
Any advice , adjustments , or input appreciated.
