Cycle advice

Hello Fam

So I am planning my next run. I have several cycles under my belt and currently sitting at 197lbs 6ft 17% BF 27yrs.

So my plans

First thought was Test E and Tren E, or Test Prop and Tren Ace. Now I think I can just get away with Test E. My goal is to gain lean muscle mass. Diet and training are where they need to be.

Any thought, opinions or personal experiences would be appreciated.

Nothing wrong with Test only cycles, especially if your diet and training a spot on. You can make tremendous gains. But for a lean muscle gain i would consider adding a small amount of Tren in there - perhaps 50-75mg EOD or 200mg twice per week depending on your choice of ester.
 
Have you ran tren before. I am a big fan of test only. I just know that a lot of Guys run some test and want to graduate to the big boys. Imo you should try deca and see how your body reacts to the nor19 before jumping on tren

I've tried both, I love tren over deca. For some reason I saw more results with tren and no shutdown. With deca I felt like an 80 yr old man with decent gains. I'm gonna go with test and throw in tren a few weeks into it. Just researching my sources once again.
 
I jumped into tren and loved it. Having high test though with tren is kinda hard to handle. I was a fucking maniac. im going to npp or deca next . tren is great but just test can do wonders. Im not cutting im bulking. If you decide to run tren short ester is better controlled and can be changed quicker than enth. thenewkid has a good point maybe try another 19-nor first
 
Tren can be used to cut or bulk, just depends on your goals and diet. For your first tren cycle I would suggest acetate as if the sides get to be to much to handle you can bail a lot quicker than if you were on enanthate

Me in run a gram of test to 800 tren per week. I know my body and how it responds to hormones, I am by no means suggesting that amount for you, just stating that everyone is different and you need to start out slow to see what you can tolerate.
