whats up bros...
Its been about a year since my last cycle, I quit working out for a while after I blew out my knee and required surgery. I'm getting back into it, but I lost just about everything I gained while on gear (anyone who has blown out their knee knows what im talking about). Anyway, i want to get into a mild cycle, nothing crazy. I'm 6'3" 195. A gain of about 10 pounds should do the trick, and number one for me is KEEPING THE GAINS! I was considering a deca/winny stack, something along those lines. I honestly don't want to involve test...I dont want to blow up. Any advice would be appreciated
