Starting a cycle; Test,deca, and var. About a month ago I was 197 pounds, I put on some weight/muscle. I have rapid metabolism and have very low body fat.(isolation exercises don't do shit for me) I do the three main exercises for the most part.(squad, dead, and bench) I was going to perform the cycle earlier but I wanted to put on more weight naturally first and figure out my diet, since I had massive stomach issues and butt problems. I've been eating 4500-5500 calories for a 1.5 months daily with a couple rest days in between. I have my tool's, but I still might wait until I can get up to 220 or either 230 naturally...I pretty much can do my body weight for all three exercises(S-200ish, DL-250ish, BENCH-low 200ish) for about 8-10 reps. Bench is my lease favorite and dead-lifts are my favorite.
