Cycle for the Win

Starting a cycle; Test,deca, and var. About a month ago I was 197 pounds, I put on some weight/muscle. I have rapid metabolism and have very low body fat.(isolation exercises don't do shit for me) I do the three main exercises for the most part.(squad, dead, and bench) I was going to perform the cycle earlier but I wanted to put on more weight naturally first and figure out my diet, since I had massive stomach issues and butt problems. I've been eating 4500-5500 calories for a 1.5 months daily with a couple rest days in between. I have my tool's, but I still might wait until I can get up to 220 or either 230 naturally...I pretty much can do my body weight for all three exercises(S-200ish, DL-250ish, BENCH-low 200ish) for about 8-10 reps. Bench is my lease favorite and dead-lifts are my favorite.

Maybe you have really great genetics like Ferrigno. He was skinny too but with AAS he hulked up.

You can get much stronger naturally, I am natural and last year when i was only 165 i was hitting 405 DL for reps, and 365 squat for reps. I'm not tall as fuck like you, but still :D eat like a beast and make sure you have a good training program
 
I would up your fat intake and keep your protein at 300g a day no less. back in my day they use to have hard gainers eat their cereal with heavy whipping cream. do not be scared of fat especially being natural. fat is needed for hormone production.

Noted: I'm going to be purchasing whipping cream and also purchasing more olive oil.
 
if you got a Sam's or Costco. you can get a quart of whipping cream for what they charge for a half pint in the stores.
 
I don't drain my ground beef fat. I mix it with what ever I'm making. I also cook my eggs with virgin organic coconut oil and macadamia nut oil. those are some of the best oils for you, better than olive oil.

I will definitely look into these other oils!
 
It's been almost a month and I've decided not to cycle anything. I'm up to 220 lb my deadlift is up to 305(7-10) and squatting 275. I've taken a break from my diet. I will get back on the bulking train either nov 1 or wait until February 1, 2015. Eating that much food is a huge choir and a pain in the ass.
 
It's good to hear your getting your natural stats up before jumping on gear. I just finished my first cycle and it went great. 500 mg of test e a week for 10. I trained hard core for 3 years, and researched the shit out of aas for a year and a half before doing a cycle. I know how to gain and lose weight as well as train natural and that's why my cycle went great.
