You stated you did not put enough effort into including fats, you can find low/zero carb peanut butter, make your own if need be.
There is no easy way, only 1 nutrient repairs + build muscle which is your goal PROTEIN and you can't put in the effort to find a list of foods that fit your diet, being vegetarian means 1thing only, u have made it harder for yourself,TRY harder.

Well, I have been pretty much occupied w/ office work and other things so I didn't research a lot on this..Basis preliminary research, I found 'low' carb products to be having at least 10-12 gms in their servings which would again be pretty high enough to throw me out of ketosis.. But, let me put more efforts to procure them.. I know it's hard being a vegetarian but then that's a separate challenge one can take up..
