Cycle Help Needed

You stated you did not put enough effort into including fats, you can find low/zero carb peanut butter, make your own if need be.
There is no easy way, only 1 nutrient repairs + build muscle which is your goal PROTEIN and you can't put in the effort to find a list of foods that fit your diet, being vegetarian means 1thing only, u have made it harder for yourself,TRY harder.

Well, I have been pretty much occupied w/ office work and other things so I didn't research a lot on this..Basis preliminary research, I found 'low' carb products to be having at least 10-12 gms in their servings which would again be pretty high enough to throw me out of ketosis.. But, let me put more efforts to procure them.. I know it's hard being a vegetarian but then that's a separate challenge one can take up.. :)
 
You have two choices- be a pussy vegetarian and forget about getting big and you will just get fat OR eat animal products and lift weights. No meat products = pick a new hobby

Well, I will try my level best to grow being a vegetarian.. I am sure, there have been people getting good physiques w/o meat products.. This guy is one of the vegetarian pro's - "Varinder Singh Ghuman"..
 
Check out Patrik Baboumian. Not physique, but a strong fucker for sure and vegan. Being a vegetarian is hard as hell to do and lift. Absolutely. Keto is practically impossible, but really you shouldn't need it. Just dont eat junk food. Most of the time I struggle to eat enough to not lose weight. And your best bet for help is to look for vegetarian forums and hope you don't get into an argument with the Vegans.
 
You know my thoughts dude. Do a natural cut, dont mess with clen, its only necessary when youre sub 10%. Get to around 10%BF then do a natural lean bulk for the rest of the year.

BBing is not a sprint, its a long term game.

Yes, I get protein from whey (4 scoops) and cheese (10 slices a day) which makes nearly 140-150 gms of protein per day.. 70% of my calories are coming from fat (which is plain butter !!! ) I know this sounds crazy but when I began looking for the food items which will have negligible carbs and all fat and protein, what I could find were only meat/ fish/eggs.

Dude, 70% of your calories come from Butter ? That won't be good for your arteries in the long run, dump the butter and use Extra Virgin Olive Oil or even better yet, Pure Organic Coconut oil, using so much butter was never good for anyone.

Coconut Oil has more Saturated Fat than Butter. What is your reasoning for saying it's better?.......In particular for a Ketogenic diet which he's referring to.
