going into a new cycle running 500mg test e mast e 400mg Deca 125mg for therapeutic effect ex: for joints and 50mg dbol
Week 1-16 test e 500 mast 400 Deca 125 dbol will be ran first 4 weeks
Weeks 16-20 test e 500mg
Real question is what’s recommended ai support I have aromasin on hand and also raloxifene is gyno pops at all never ran mast and I know it could have anti-e effects so that’s why I’m wondering on the ai don’t wanna crash me e2 any inputs would be appreciated.

There is many protocol about this. One that I am using is taking arimidex 0.25 or 0.5mg E3D to titrate E2 to stabilize E2 value.
In case you take aromasin, 12.5mg ED or EOD might be required.
Importantly, you need to monitor you E2 regulary to prevent E2 crash. It might be monthly at the first time. After the titration/E2 value is stable, the blood work might be taking longer lead time.

Raloxifene in hand is great idea to address in a sudden case of gyno inadvertly. However, I think AI is the first line in this case.
